*Many of these services are listed a-la-carte. Any grouping of services will be priced as the stylist quoting them sees fit to consider their own personal timing and product usage. Price quotes will be given in ranges to give the stylist room for unexpected results or adjustments. Precise quotes simply can not be given over the phone as the stylist needs to see the hair ahead of time to be able to accurately predict what services will need to be performed. A price “range” can be given over the phone or through e-mail with acknowledgement it could change the day of the appointment.

For us to provide you with impeccable service, we keep a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. All appointments cancelled or moved for any reason within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% compensation charge* which will be applied to the card on file due to agreement of this policy. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the full appointment. The compensation fee is NOT meant to be a penalty, rather a coverage charge for valuable time left open on a stylist’s book that was made unavailable to others ahead of time.
If the stylist is able to book another appointment in your time slot cancelled, it is under Mane Stay’s discretion to waive the compensation charge for our most devoted clients.
*HIghlight appointments will incur a flat $80 compensation charge for a standard 2-hour highlight appointment. Any “special timing” appointments have their own cancellation policy which will be communicated to you by your stylist at the time in which you set your appointment after the consultation.
